
Low temperatures and all maintenance visits for our unwinterized pools inspired me to write about cold plunge pools and their benefits.

I would love to say that any pool can become a cold plunge during winter days especially in DMV area. We just don't winterize it and we keep heater off, water circulating non stop and temperature is usually around 40-45F. This is growing in popularity in our region and so far clients are enjoying it.
